Shipping

All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of tea and credit card verification by Simpliciteas. Orders placed on Monday through Thursday will be shipped no later than 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped no later than the following Monday. All orders are shipped via UPS or US Priority Mail. All orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses can only be shipped via US Priority Mail and cannot be expedited.

No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order. Shipping charges are standard and dependent upon shipping method. Please note that shipping time is not the same as total delivery time. We need time to process and assemble your order before we actually ship it choosing NEXT DAY AIR does not mean your order will be delivered the day after you place your order online.

All international orders are subject to higher shipping charges which will be assessed and charged separately.

Canceling an order before checking out

Customers can cancel the order process at any time by clicking on the Shopping Cart button and deleting each item from your shopping cart.

Warranties and product returns

All accessories are brand new. Accessories do not come with warranties unless specified by the manufacturer. For those items that have a warranty, the complete warranty is included with the product.

Refunds and exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are only available for those items that are damaged in transport. All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized by Simpliciteas. Simpliciteas will cover the shipping charges only in the event that an item was received damaged. Refunds will be processed only after the damaged item is returned to the Simpliciteas shipping department. In order to arrange for return, customers must contact Simpliciteas via email or phone no later than 3 business days after the shipment is received. All returns are subject to inspection. All exchanges must be returned in original condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange items that do not include the aforementioned or are returned in damaged condition. When returning products, pack the item(s) into original shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. We will not accept COD or freight-collect shipments unless pre-authorized by Simpliciteas. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization. å

Typographical Errors

At Simpliciteas, we aspire to publish accurate selling prices for the products we offer. However on occasion we do make mistakes. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Simpliciteas shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Simpliciteas shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Simpliciteas shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Pricing Disclaimer

For all prices, products and offers, Simpliciteas reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.
